- JWJ WildeMay 15, 20263.0The staff here are super friendly and I love the retro decor, unfortunately however, this place continues to be ignored by anyone at Odeon with the power to fix things. The seats in this cinema are falling apart and filthy, most of the taps in the bathrooms do not work and it seems like half the screens go unused. Odeon HQ need to put some money in to this cinema, to give it a refurbish and new seats while still keeping the retro decor. Unless I see some changes start to happen in the next few months, I plan on cancelling my Odeon Limitless, and will start going to the Vue at printworks, which would be a real shame as this place has so much potential.
- EBEwen BucklingMay 12, 20262.0Bit of a struggle to find the actual entrance and then the main area is cold because it's so big. Staff were friendly and polite but there was no signage to say that all but one of the fountain drinks were out of stock so they shouldn't have been surprised when I ordered something they didn't have. Everything looks old. Carpets are tired and the seats are lumpy and worn. Bit frustrating that the website graphics don't match up the the screens. Screen 8 seats are offset from centre of the screen so seats that appear centred on the website are not.

The staff, Tom, kindly offered to give me some popcorns instead. I also have some difficulties in walking. I asked if he could help me open the door to the screening theatre. He immediately agreed and helped me carry the popcorns too.
- CHcraig hawkeMay 7, 20261.0Place is going downhill only 12 of 15 screens open now got to come in then go outside then back inside from Peter Peter St the staff need disability awareness as I got adked if i would like to sit near the top yet I am a wheelchair user the disabled lift broke down and had to be taken to a service lift to get out
- CTChloe TMay 4, 20261.0The seats are old and dirty and squeezed tightly in together. Once everyone had arrived for the film it was really uncomfortable so we got up and left. Massive shame because I was looking forward to the film but I couldn’t bare two hours of sitting there.
